Arabithittu Wildlife Sanctuary is a small sanctuary located in Mandya district in the south-central part of the state.Arabithittu was declared a Wildlife Sanctuary on 30th April 1985. Spread across 14 sq km. The area has scrub forests and plantations and is surrounded by agricultural fields. There is also a large area of eucalyptus and sandalwood plantations. Leopard, fox, spotted deer, wild pig, porcupine, hare and common mongoose are the fauna spotted here.
