About Kisanpur Wildlife Sanctuary   Tiger

Kishanpur Sanctuary was founded in 1972 over 227 sq. kms of terai forests and open meadows. It is home to the tiger, leopard and swamp deer.

Mailani and Kishanpur are connected by road to all parts of Uttar Pradesh. Mailani is 200 kms from Lucknow. It is also connected by bus services with Bareilly, Lakhimpur-Kheri and other major centres in the area.
